Customer Service Center (CSC)/Retail Store Appearance and Dress Guidelines

In general, we are all expected to present a clean, neat and business-like appearance in the workplace. Personal hygiene and appropriate attire, including company provided uniforms are necessary to achieve our goals. These guidelines apply to all regular and temporary employees working within the Customer Service Center/Retail Store channel.
