Here’s how it works:

Demonstrate two or more of these behaviors to your external or internal customers:

1. Setting expectations

2. Meeting commitments

3. Owning the customer interaction

4. Demonstrating our WNE positive “can-do” attitude

 

• Be recognized by any WNE leader who will provide you with a RISE recognition card

• Enter that card into the WNE RISE Recognition Website

• When you receive 10 cards, receive your first RISE pin and select a reward from the website

• Keep wowing those customers, and being recognized!

• Receive your Silver level pin when you receive 20 cards, and a Silver level reward

• Receive your Gold level pin when  you receive 30 cards, and a Gold level reward

• Receive your Platinum level pin when  you receive 50 cards, and a Platinum level reward

• Receive your Diamond level pin when  you receive 100 cards, and a Diamond level reward

• Receive your Rise Elite level pin when  you receive 150 cards, and a Rise Elite level reward

• Pins will be presented by leadership at team meetings
